Terms of Use

1. Operator. BRICS HOUSE GLOBAL (the "Residence", the "Platform", "we") is operated by SERTANPLAST CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT & MACHINERY TRADING L.L.C, Trade Licence No. 1316108, Office 103-382, Al Bahar Building, Al Khabeesi, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (the "Operator"). Contact: bricshouseglobal@gmail.com, +971 58 581 4838. 2. Acceptance. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Payments & Refunds Policy. 3. Eligibility. Residency is available to persons aged 18 or over with full legal capacity. Applications are reviewed to protect the Residence from spam, automated agents and abuse. 4. Residency and levels. Access is organised by levels: Complimentary (free) and paid levels described on the Levels page. The scope of privileges depends on the level. 5. Account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. 6. Rules of conduct. Prohibited: spam; abuse, harassment or incitement to hatred; unlawful content; impersonation; attempts to hack, scrape or disrupt the Platform. Violations may lead to restriction or termination of residency. 7. Intellectual property. The BRICS HOUSE GLOBAL brand, its symbols, concept and software belong to their rights holder and are used by the Operator under licence. Residency grants no rights to the brand, concept or software. 8. Your content. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm that you have the right to publish it. You grant the Platform a limited licence to display it within the service. 9. AI Concierge. Information provided by the AI Concierge is general guidance and not professional advice. See the AI Disclaimer. 10. Third-party applications. At your request the Concierge may open third-party applications (for example maps, taxi, delivery, tickets). Your use of them is governed by their own terms; any purchases there are made by you directly with those providers. 11. Independence. BRICS HOUSE GLOBAL is a private international digital residence and is not an official body of BRICS. See the Independence Statement. 12. Disclaimer and liability. The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by the laws of the UAE, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform. 13. Suspension and termination. We may suspend or terminate residency in case of breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. 14. Changes. We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page. 15. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai.
