Terms of Use 1. Acceptance By using the Residence, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. 2. Who May Become a Resident Residency is granted by invitation and after approval. A resident must be a person of legal capacity aged 18 or over. 3. Residency & Tiers Access is organised in tiers (complimentary and paid). The scope of privileges depends on the tier and is described on the Platform. 4. Code of Conduct Prohibited: spam, insults and incitement of hatred, illegal content, impersonation, hacking and data-scraping attempts. Violation leads to restriction or termination of residency. 5. Intellectual Property The BRICS HOUSE GLOBAL brand, its symbols, concept and software platform are the property of the founder/company. Residency does not grant the resident any rights to the brand or concept. 6. Resident Content You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to publish it. By posting content, you grant the Platform a limited licence to display it as part of the service. 7. AI-Concierge The AI-Concierge provides information and guidance that does not constitute professional advice (see separate disclaimer). 8. Independence BRICS HOUSE GLOBAL is a private club and is not an official body of the intergovernmental BRICS association (see separate disclaimer). 9. Disclaimer & Liability The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Platform. 10. Suspension & Termination We may suspend or terminate residency upon a breach of these Terms. 11. Changes We may update these Terms; the current version is posted on the Platform. 12. Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes are subject to UAE jurisdiction. 13.
