What Data We Collect — When you apply: name, email, country (community of choice), role, field of activity, link to a public profile, "about you" text. — When you complete residency: photo, extended profile, interests. — Automatically: IP address, device and browser data, sign-in logs, technical cookies (for authentication and security). — Communication: messages in resident-to-resident chats (see clause 4 on translation). — Consents: the fact and time consents were given. 2. Legal Ground (PDPL) We process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest (operating the Platform, security, prevention of spam and abuse). 3. Purposes of Processing Providing residency and access to the Residence; interest-based introductions; moderation and security (including automated application screening by the AI-Guardian); communicating with you; improving the service. 4. Third Parties Supabase — database storage. Vercel — hosting. Cloudflare — protection and traffic filtering. Translation provider — for the chat-translation feature, the text of messages being translated may be shared with a machine-translation service solely to obtain the translation. Payment provider (e.g. Stripe) — card details are processed and stored by the provider; we do not receive or store card data. 5. Cross-Border Transfer Sub-processor servers may be located outside the UAE. We apply safeguards and comply with the PDPL requirements for cross-border transfers of personal data. 6. Retention We keep data only as long as necessary to provide the service. When an account is deleted, the personal data associated with it is deleted, except where retention is required by law. 7. Your Rights You have the right to: obtain a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; restrict or object to processing; transfer your data; and lodge a complaint with the regulator (UAE Data Office).
