1. Controller. SERTANPLAST CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT & MACHINERY TRADING L.L.C, Trade Licence No. 1316108, Dubai, UAE. Data questions: bricshouseglobal@gmail.com. We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, for our international audience, respect data-subject rights in the spirit of the GDPR. 2. Data we collect. - Application: name, email, country, role, field of activity, public profile link, "about me". - Residency: photo, extended profile, interests. - Communications: messages between residents; conversations with the AI Concierge (text and voice). - Device and technical: IP address, device and browser data, app version, notification tokens, crash reports, login log, technical cookies. - Payments: subscription status and payment history; card details are handled only by the payment provider. - With your permission, the app may use on your device your contacts, calendar, location, microphone and the list of installed apps, to carry out actions you request (for example: call a contact, add an event, open navigation or a taxi, talk to the Concierge by voice). - Consents: the fact and time of your consents. 3. Legal basis. Your consent and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Platform and preventing spam and abuse. 4. Purposes. Providing residency and access; introductions based on interests; the AI Concierge; moderation and security, including automated review of applications; communications with you; billing; improving the service. 5. Processors. Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (security and traffic protection), AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate Concierge responses and process voice, machine-translation provider (for translation features), email delivery provider, Google Firebase (notifications and crash reports), payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). 6. International transfers. Our processors may be located outside the UAE. We apply safeguards required by the PDPL for cross-border transfers. 7. Retention. We keep data as long as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, related personal data is deleted unless retention is required by law. 8. Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to the UAE Data Office. Requests: bricshouseglobal@gmail.com. 9. Security. Access to the private part is limited to authorised residents. We use encryption, access control and protection against bots and spam. 10. Age. The Residence is for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 18. 11. Cookies. Only technical cookies (authentication, security). No advertising tracking. 12. Changes. We may update this Policy.
