Account Deletion You can delete your account and all your personal data directly in the app. Deletion is irreversible. 1. How to Delete Your Account in the App Open the "Profile" tab (bottom bar) → the menu in the top right → "Settings" → "Delete account" → confirm. This action is irreversible. 2. What Data Is Deleted — your profile and photos; — all your posts; — chats and messages; — your Concierge conversation history; — device tokens (push notifications). A deleted account and its data cannot be recovered. 3. What Data Is Retained and For How Long The personal data associated with your account is deleted immediately when the account is deleted. Individual records may be retained only where, and only for as long as, applicable law requires. 4. If You Cannot Open the App You can request account deletion by email at bricshouseglobal@gmail.com.
